I had never seen another 15 Mustang with those. Not even the ones with 50 years badges.

This red one was 50 years edition too, but had flat windows

Those are part of the Mustang 50 Year Limited Edition which is different from the 50 Years Appearance Package.

IIRC, there's the fancy 50th anniversary limited edition (1,964 total) and then the plain ole 50th anniversary "appearance package" without the louvers.

It is for Mexico and most of Latin America, not for the US though.
